<ol>
<li>First, put about a cup of water into a sauce pan of high heat.</li>
<li>Add a little less than a cup of soy sauce, stir</li>
<li>Add some fresh, or tubed wasabe</li>
<li>Grate some fresh or frozen ginger into the pan, stir</li>
<li>Mince some garlic and add to the pan, stir</li>
<li>Add a heaping hunk of brown sugar to the sauce, stir and bring it to a boil</li>
<li>Add a spoonful of corn starch to a half cup of cold water and mix, then add to the boiling sauce</li>
<li>Let simmer until desired thicknes</li>
</ol>
<p>Voila, the best teriyaki sauce you&#8217;ll ever have.</p>
